The CAMO Winter Conference 2024 is being held in downtown Indianapolis at the Sheraton City Centre (31 W Ohio St, Indianapolis, IN 46204). All attendees will stay in hotel rooms at the Sheraton, and all trainings and sessions will be held in its meetings rooms and halls.

Included in the cost of conference are your 4-night hotel stay, all conference materials, and access to all conference sessions.

Because of the way we purchase rooms from the hotel, we do not offer prorated costs for conference. If you have any questions, please reach out to admin@camosemo.org.

Because CAMO Winter Conference is being held in downtown Indianapolis, there are a variety of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. You will have plenty of time between sessions to walk to these restaurants, DoorDash, etc.

You will be roomed with other students from your campus (or the one you are most affiliated with). When you register for conference, please put your rooming requests. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot make any guarantees.
